History
Who are we? Jerky lovers, of course! Beyond that, we are hard working family men and women. We believe in doing things the right way. We constantly strive towards integrity, honesty and quality. We are hands on with every aspect of our company, that includes our customers. We do not cut corners and we stand behind our jerky 100%. All of our meat is USDA and all our work force are Americans.
Why Jerky? One of our favorite snacks is jerky, but it was often tough and lost its flavor. We founded Henry's Meat Snacks with the desire for a better jerky. A jerky we would want to eat!
How did it all get started? It all began in small batches as treats for kids that came into the local butcher shop with their parents. The demand for the jerky treats became so great that it was eventually made to be sold. Now, our only business is jerky. We still have certified butchers making our jerky to insure a great product every time.
What's Cooking? There is no rest in the world of jerky! It started with one of our favorite cuts of beef, brisket and recipes that have been in the works for nearly 20 years. We didn't stop there. The demand for Turkey Jerky was so great that we created a wonderful jerky from 100% turkey breast. Henry's is now perfecting our latest recipes with lower sugar and sodium content.
